Longevity Chocolate and Desserts

This longevity birthday cake is loaded with chocolate and strawberries! The top tier is a chocolate showpiece with chocolate FUK LUK SAO, chocolate flower and leaves. Its made with 100% chocolate and fully edible.

The 2nd tier is vanilla and strawberry sour cream cake, layered with homemade strawberry jam.

The 3rd tier is chocolate strawberry buttercake made with strawberry puree and no flavouring, a layer of strawberry jelly in the middle (100% strawberry puree), and two layers of vanilla cream and strawberry pieces.

The cakes are covered with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate pieces, top with fresh strawberries.

The 4th tier is lemon and poppy seed sour cream cake, with lemon and cranberry buttercream, decorated with white chocolate curls and homemade candied lemon zests.

The bottom tier is passionfruit cheesecake with passionfruit jelly and biscuit crumble.

This dessert platter has meringue with white chocolate and champagne grapes, dark chocolate and candied orange tart, strawberry jam lamington, and banana cake with salted caramel buttercream and butterscotch chips.

These wedding favors consists of dark chocolate and milk chocolate coated praline with different fillings. They include dark chocolate ganache, orange ganache, coffee ganache, mint dark chocolate, strawberry milk chocolate, tea ganache, hazelnut crunch, and chocolate coated almonds.
