This CAR cake is for Zeng Zhui's 1st birthday. The best thing is, the CAR is made with dark chocolate ! The cake is decorated with lots of stars to make sure the birthday boy is the star of the day.
The bottom cake is chocolate moist cake with butterscotch chips and caramel buttercream. The top tier is vanilla buttercake with lemon buttercream and candied lemon zests.
