This cake is for celebrating both birthday and christmas together. The christmas tree, presents and snowman are made from white chocolate. The scarf and hat of snowman is made from fondant.The cake is passionfruit cheesecake, with layer of passionfruit jelly in the middle, and roasted chunky macadamia base.
