The cake is for a passionate golfer's birthday. The whole cake is covered with white chocolate and green color chocolate. The building, scoreboard, signboard, grass, trees and pebbles are made with chocolate. The golfers are made with almond marzipan. The sides of the cake is decorated with chocolate shards and piped with chocolate ganache
The cake is the Rocher cake, comprising layers of Almond sponge with caramelised almond nibs, milk chocolate ganache and hazelnut chunks, and dark chocolate mousse
