The whole decorations on the cake is made with couverture chocolate only. The baby bee is made with white chocolate then hand painted with chocolate colors. It is sleeping on chocolate flower and leaf, and accompanied with chocolate butterfly. The sides of the cake is covered with white chocolate squares with hint of brown and yellow.The cake is honey sponge layered with lavender honey buttercream. The sweetness of the honey is balanced with the dark chocolate glaze.
