This birthday cake is for a big kid who loves elephant. The cake is covered with white chocolate and green color chocolate both on top and sides. The grass and trees are made with chocolate. There are elephant, zebra and lion that made from fondant.The cake is the Rocher chocolate mousse cake, sandwich with layers of Almond sponge with caramelised almond nibs, milk chocolate ganache and hazelnut chunks
